Jessica Greer
Jessica is a USDF Gold Medalist and Gran Prix Dressage Trainer. Jessica is devoted to the art of riding and dressage. She has worked with some of the best trainers in the world, including Conrad Schumacher, Lars Peterson, and Steffen Peters. She worked for many years as an assistant to USEF 'S' Judge Sandra Hotz at Sextant Farm, and has been training under 'S' level judges since 2001. She is a talented rider and has competed successfully throughout the levels, from first level through FEI. Joan Clay – Dressage Elements
Joan is a USDF Silver Medalist. Joan’s dressage career began in the early 1980’s and she began showing seriously in the early 1990’s. She has shown a variety of horses at all levels from Training Level to Prix St. George and has earned her United States Dressage Federation (USDF) Bronze and Silver Medals. Additionally, Joan is an RMDS Technical Delegate (TD) and is available to TD at RMDS recognized shows.
Joan’s focus is to help all horses and riders utilize dressage principles to improve their skill and athleticism no matter what equestrian sport they are most interested in. While her primary area of expertise is the dressage ring, she welcomes riders whose interests lie outside of dressage and currently has students who participate in eventing, hunter/jumper competition, and basic pleasure riding. Joan also loves to work with children and beginners and has dressage lesson ponies and horses available.

Kali Crosby
Kali specializes in jumper training but teaches hunter and western as well. Kali has trained and competed on the east coast with Olymic riders in both jumping and dressage. Kalis trains with dressage principles and teached a bare-back lounge lesson. She has lesson and lease horses available., Kalie is also a well known animal communicator.

Ashley Carr
Ashley competed in the Hunter/Jumper A circuit throughout California. She competed to 4'6" and has trained to 5'.
After getting involved in Dressage, she found her niche in eventing, where there is the excitement of jumping and the discipline of Dressage. Ashley competed throughout California, and more recently Colorado, at the Preliminary level and has trained to the Intermediate level.
Ashley enjoys teaching all levels of riders and loves helping students achieve their jumping/eventing goals. She trains eventers, as well as hunters and jumpers. She is also dedicated to training young horses to jump correctly, as well as tuning the more experienced jumper to meet competition goals. Ashley takes the time to ensure proper flat work is achieved to therefore strengthen the horse and rider's ability and confidence over fences.
